As a managing director of the company and the middle child, Tom is one of the most highly skilled tradesman within this competitive industry here in Australia. His credentials are unparalleled, winning Gold and Silver in the "Sir William Angliss Memorial Award" and Best Practical Butcher in 2013. He has also competed in various competitions including the Sausage King Competition and AMIC's Mystery Box. Customer satisfaction is paramount to Tom and with his high level of dedication and hard work he dreams of one day running The Retail Meat Game of Australia in our family's name.
Jack is the other half of the James Brothers Meat Co and the youngest brother. He is a Social Media Marketing Extraordinaire, self taught Food Photographer and Client Liaison. He has 10 years of industry experience and above all puts the client first at all costs. With these values and a lot of hard work, he too dreams of running the Retail Meat Game in the family’s name.
Len Snr, father of Tom and Jack, Master Butcher. Winner of Sir William Angliss Memorial Award, Dux of William Angliss with 99% in Business studies and 97% in trade theory. He also won two invitation only Cutting Competitions at William Angliss in 1980. Along with this Len Snr is also a qualified Chef, Food Safety Instructor and Food Processor. He has 35 years of corporate Celebrity Catering and over 4500 successful functions under his belt. He is a dedicated staff member with old school values and above all client satisfaction is foremost to him.
Daniel Lal, Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery and Kitchen wiz. He pays great attention to detail, and is fastidious in everything he does. Due to these rare qualities we have decided to train him to be a Master Butcher so he is currently a Meat Prodigy in training. Daniel is a dedicated staff member with old school values, client gratification is cardinal to him.
